Who says options are overwhelming? I believe we know what we want before we actually begin looking at options. My cake pan collection is about 120, which increases the possibility of having what you are looking for. Decorating cakes is very relaxing for me. It is my equivalent to a blank canvas for an artist. I love creating the colors and looking at the cake before 'painting it' to choose which tips to use for the texture of the icing. It would be an honor to add the art to your party.
